  • Cara membuat



  • 1. Campurkan air, gula merah, kayu manis, dan kapulaga dalam panci. Letakkan di atas api sedang dan aduk hanya sampai gula larut dan cairan mulai beruap, sekitar 2 menit. Aroma rempah harus terasa hangat dan bersih, bukan seperti dipanggang.


  • 2. Tambahkan irisan pir dan apel dalam satu lapisan sejauh memungkinkan. Didihkan perlahan, lalu kecilkan api ke rendah. Tutup dengan longgar dan masak selama 8 hingga 10 menit, balik buah sekali di pertengahan waktu memasak. Buah harus menjadi empuk di bagian tepi sambil tetap mempertahankan bentuknya.


  • 3. Buka tutup panci dan tambahkan mentega. Putar panci perlahan selama 1 menit hingga mentega meleleh menjadi glasir ringan dan mengilap yang melapisi buah secara merata. Cairan harus tetap encer, tidak kental atau lengket.


  • 4. Pindahkan buah dengan hati-hati ke piring saji atau mangkuk dangkal. Sendokkan glasir rempah hangat di atas buah dan segera sajikan.
