Maccheroni con würstel

Un semplice piatto di pasta in padella con würstel a fette, leggermente condito con sale, pepe nero e paprika. È un pasto veloce e sostanzioso che ricorda una semplice pasta con salsiccia.

  • Pasta tipo maccheroni, 160 g

  • Würstel, 100 g

  • Olio vegetale, 10 g

  • Sale, 3 g

  • Pepe nero, 1 g

  • Paprika, 2 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Porta a ebollizione una pentola di acqua salata e cuoci i maccheroni finché sono teneri.

  • 2. Scola bene la pasta.

  • 3. Taglia il würstel in pezzi da boccone.

  • 4. Scalda l'olio vegetale in una padella a fuoco medio.

  • 5. Aggiungi il würstel e cuoci finché è leggermente dorato.

  • 6. Aggiungi i maccheroni cotti, il sale, il pepe nero e la paprika.

  • 7. Mescola bene il tutto finché è uniformemente condito e ben caldo.
