Patate arrosto

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Preriscalda il forno a 220°C, oppure scalda una padella a fuoco medio-alto.

  • 2. Taglia le patate in pezzi di dimensioni uniformi.

  • 3. Mescola le patate con l'olio vegetale, il sale e il pepe nero.

  • 4. Arrostisci per 25-35 minuti, girandole una volta, oppure cuoci in padella fino a doratura e finché saranno tenere.

  • 5. Servi caldo.
