スパイシーガーリック醤油マリネチキン

にんにく、醤油、唐辛子の風味を効かせた、旨みのあるスパイシーなマリネチキンです。マリネしてから加熱し、熱いうちに提供するのが最適です。

Ingredients
  • 鶏肉 800 g

  • にんにく 40 g

  • ラー油 40 g

  • 醤油 50 g

  • 赤唐辛子フレーク 5 g

  • 黒こしょう 3 g

  • 塩 7 g

  • 砂糖 5 g


  • Instructions
  • 1. にんにくを細かいみじん切りにします。

  • 2. ボウルに、にんにく、ラー油、醤油、赤唐辛子フレーク、黒こしょう、塩、砂糖を入れて混ぜ合わせます。

  • 3. 鶏肉を加え、全体に均一に絡むまでよく混ぜます。

  • 4. ふたをするか覆いをして、冷蔵庫で少なくとも30分マリネします。

  • 5. マリネした鶏肉をお好みの方法で、中までしっかり火が通り、中心がピンク色でなくなるまで加熱します。

  • 6. 熱いうちに提供します。
