Adde camarones et lolliginem separatim aut simul, et coque per 1 ad 2 minuta, tantum donec camarones opaci fiant et lolligo vix firma sit. Statim cola et celeriter refrigera. Marina debent manere umida et puro sapore, numquam coriacea.


  • 3. In parvo cratere misce liquamen piscis, sucum limae, chili, allium, et saccharum. Agita donec saccharum solvatur et condimentum acriter aequatum sapiat, sale, acore, calore, et dulcedine moderata in aequilibrio positis.


  • 4. In cratere acetariae misce vermicellos vitreos, camarones, lolliginem, lactucam, lycopersicum, carotam, et cepam rubram.
