Gebakken gele pompoen op z'n Zuidelijks

Een eenvoudig gebakken gerecht van gele pompoen en ui, op smaak gebracht met zout en zwarte peper. Dit is een klassieke groentebijgerecht in Southern-stijl.

Ingrediënten


  • Gele pompoen, 220 g

  • Ui, 80 g

  • Plantaardige olie, 15 g

  • Zout, 3 g

  • Zwarte peper, 2 g


  • Totaal: 320 g

    Instructies


  • 1. Snijd de gele pompoen en ui in dunne, gelijke plakjes.

  • 2. Verhit de plantaardige olie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.

  • 3. Voeg de ui toe en bak 2 tot 3 minuten tot deze zacht is.

  • 4. Voeg de gele pompoen, het zout en de zwarte peper toe.

  • 5. Bak, af en toe roerend, 6 tot 8 minuten tot de pompoen zacht en lichtbruin is.

  • 6. Serveer warm.
