Gebakken kipfilet

Een eenvoudig gekruide kipfilet, gebakken in olie tot hij lichtbruin en volledig gaar is. Dit is een basisgerecht met bereide kip, vaak gebruikt als eiwitcomponent in veel maaltijden.

Ingrediënten


  • Kipfilet 34 g

  • Bakolie 1 g

  • Zout 0,3 g

  • Zwarte peper 0,1 g


  • Totaalgewicht: 35 g

    Instructies


  • 1. Dep de kipfilet droog.

  • 2. Breng gelijkmatig op smaak met zout en zwarte peper.

  • 3. Verhit de bakolie in een kleine pan op middelhoog vuur.

  • 4. Bak de kipfilet tot hij bruin en gaar is, en keer hem indien nodig om.

  • 5. Haal uit de pan en laat kort rusten voor het serveren.
