Geroosterde aardappelen

Een eenvoudig aardappelbijgerecht op smaak gebracht met zout en zwarte peper, bereid met plantaardige olie tot het zacht vanbinnen en krokant vanbuiten is. Dit lijkt het meest op eenvoudige geroosterde aardappelen of gebakken aardappelen, afhankelijk van de bereidingsmethode.

Ingrediënten


  • Aardappelen, 150 g

  • Plantaardige olie, 13 g

  • Zout, 1 g

  • Zwarte peper, 1 g


  • Totaalgewicht: 165 g

    Instructies


  • 1. Verwarm de oven voor op 220°C, of verhit een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.

  • 2. Snijd de aardappelen in gelijke stukken.

  • 3. Meng de aardappelen met plantaardige olie, zout en zwarte peper.

  • 4. Rooster 25 tot 35 minuten en keer ze halverwege om, of bak ze in de pan tot ze goudbruin en gaar zijn.

  • 5. Serveer heet.
