Krydret kylling marinert i hvitløk og soyasaus

En smakfull og krydret marinert kyllingrett med smak av hvitløk, soya og chili. Denne blir best når den tilberedes etter marinering og serveres varm.

  • Kylling 800 g

  • Hvitløk 40 g

  • Chiliolje 40 g

  • Soyasaus 50 g

  • Røde chiliflak 5 g

  • Svart pepper 3 g

  • Salt 7 g

  • Sukker 5 g


  • Fremgangsmåte
  • 1. Finhakk hvitløken.

  • 2. Bland hvitløk, chiliolje, soyasaus, røde chiliflak, svart pepper, salt og sukker i en bolle.

  • 3. Tilsett kyllingen og bland godt til alt er jevnt dekket.

  • 4. Dekk til og mariner i kjøleskapet i minst 30 minutter.

  • 5. Stek eller tilbered den marinerte kyllingen på ønsket måte til den er helt gjennomstekt og ikke lenger rosa i midten.

  • 6. Server varm.
