En proteinrik sammensatt salat med krydret kyllingbryst, ovnsbakt søtpotet, cottage cheese, agurk og bladgrønt. Den ligner en forenklet salatbolle med kylling og søtpotet med en lett krydring av olivenolje og urter.

Ingredienser


Total mengde: 500 g

  • 160 g kyllingbryst

  • 120 g søtpotet

  • 80 g cottage cheese

  • 60 g agurk

  • 50 g bladgrønt

  • 15 g olivenolje

  • 5 g salt

  • 5 g svart pepper

  • 5 g tørkede urter


  • Trinn-for-trinn-instruksjoner


  • 1. Forvarm ovnen til 200°C.

  • 2. Skrell og skjær søtpoteten i terninger på størrelse med en munnfull. Vend dem med halvparten av olivenoljen, litt salt, svart pepper og noen tørkede urter.

  • 3. Bak søtpoteten i ovnen i 20–25 minutter til den er mør og lett brunet.

  • 4. Krydre kyllingbrystet med salt, svart pepper og tørkede urter.

  • 5. Varm opp en panne på middels varme med resten av olivenoljen, og stek kyllingen i 5–6 minutter på hver side, eller til den er gjennomstekt. La den hvile i 5 minutter, og skjær deretter i skiver.

  • 6. Skjær agurken i skiver og gjør klar bladgrønnsakene.

  • 7. Sett sammen bollen med bladgrønt, ovnsbakt søtpotet, agurk, skivet kylling og cottage cheese.

  • 8. Avslutt med eventuelt resterende krydder etter smak og server varm eller avkjølt.
