Batatas Assadas

  • 1. Pré-aqueça o forno a 220°C ou aqueça uma frigideira em fogo médio-alto.

  • 2. Corte as batatas em pedaços uniformes.

  • 3. Misture as batatas com o óleo vegetal, o sal e a pimenta-do-reino.

  • 4. Asse por 25 a 35 minutos, virando uma vez, ou frite na frigideira até dourar e ficar macio.
