Cartofi copți

Un preparat simplu din cartofi, realizat prin acoperirea cartofilor cu ulei și sare, apoi coacere sau gătire în tigaie până devin fragezi și ușor crocanți. Aceasta este o preparare de bază de cartofi asezonați, mai degrabă decât o rețetă clasică mai specifică.

  • Cartofi 130 g

  • Ulei vegetal 18 g

  • Sare 2 g


  • Instrucțiuni
  • 1. Preîncălziți cuptorul la 220°C sau încingeți o tigaie la foc mediu-mare dacă gătiți în tigaie.

  • 2. Tăiați cartofii în bucăți egale, de mărimea unei înghițituri.

  • 3. Amestecați cartofii cu uleiul vegetal și sarea până sunt acoperiți uniform.

  • 4. Întindeți-i pe o tavă de copt într-un singur strat sau adăugați-i în tigaia încinsă.

  • 5. Gătiți până când cartofii sunt fragezi și aurii, întorcându-i ocazional pentru o rumenire uniformă.

  • 6. Serviți fierbinți.
