Jednoduchá klasická príprava kuracích vnútorných filetov ochutených soľou a čiernym korením, potom opečených na oleji a dokončených maslom pre bohatú omáčku z panvice. Najlepšie sa podávajú horúce ako hlavná bielkovinová zložka jedla.

  • 1. Kuracie vnútorné filety osušte papierovou utierkou a rovnomerne ich ochuťte soľou a čiernym korením.

  • 2. Na panvici rozohrejte olej na varenie na stredne silnom ohni.

  • 3. Pridajte kuracie vnútorné filety a opekajte ich 3 až 4 minúty z každej strany, kým nezhnednú a nebudú úplne prepečené.

  • 4. Znížte teplotu na nízku, pridajte maslo a 30 až 60 sekúnd ním prelievajte kurča.
