  • 1. Model obložite s papirjem za peko, pri tem pa pustite dovolj previsa, da boste lahko ploščico lepo dvignili ven. V majhni skledi združite mlečne beljakovine, kolagenski hidrolizat, polidekstrozo in sladilo ter temeljito premešajte, da bodo praškaste sestavine popolnoma enotne.


  • 2. Kakavovo maslo in olje palmovih jedrc skupaj stopite na zelo nizki temperaturi, le toliko, da postaneta tekoča in bistra, nato odstavite z ognja. Vmešajte glicerol in aromo, da se popolnoma povežeta.


  • 3. Tekočo mešanico prelijte čez suhe sestavine in jo z lopatico obdelujte, dokler ne nastane gosta, povezana pasta. Masa mora biti gladka, voljna in rahlo lepljiva, brez suhih delov.


  • 4. Nežno vmešajte sesekljane arašide, sojin crisp in sol. Mešajte le toliko, da se enakomerno porazdelijo; crisp mora ostati cel in razločen.


  • 5. Mešanico trdno vtisnite v pripravljen model. Stiskajte jo po plasteh, pri tem pa s hrbtno stranjo žlice ali strgalnikom odstranite praznine in ustvarite tesno, enakomerno površino. Ploščica mora lepo držati obliko in biti po vsej masi kompaktna.


  • 6. Hladite 30 minut oziroma dokler ni popolnoma strjena in čvrsta na dotik. Previdno vzemite iz modela in po potrebi obrežite robove, da bo oblika natančna in pravokotna.

    Ploščico postrezite celo, na sredini ozkega krožnika ali pladnja, obloženega s papirjem za peko. Površina mora ostati gladka in urejena, koščki arašidov pa morajo biti vidni v prerezu. Postrezite pri hladni sobni temperaturi, da tekstura popusti čisto, ne da bi postala voskasta.
