  • Postopek



  • 1. Model obložite s papirjem za peko, tako da ostane dovolj previsa za čisto dvigovanje ploščice. Model naj bo pripravljen, še preden začnete pripravljati katero koli zmes.

  • 5. Zmes čvrsto vtisnite v pripravljen model v enakomerni plasti. Stisnite jo s hrbtno stranjo lopatice, dokler površina ni ravna in ploščica ne ohranja čiste pravokotne oblike. Ohlajajte 10 minut, da se struktura utrdi.


  • 6. V toplotno odporni skledi, postavljeni nad komaj vrelo vodo, skupaj stopite kakavovo maslo in kakavovo maso ter mešajte, dokler zmes ni popolnoma tekoča in sijoča. Odstavite z ognja in nežno mešajte, dokler preliv ni gladek in enoten.
