Pečen krompir in korenje

Preprosta priloga iz pečene zelenjave iz krompirja, korenja in čebule, začinjena s soljo in črnim poprom. Je nasitna, polnega okusa in se odlično obnese kot priloga ali lahek obrok.

  • Čebula: 80 g

  • Rastlinsko olje: 15 g

    Navodila


  • 1. Pečico segrejte na 200 °C.

  • 2. Krompir in korenje olupite ter narežite na enakomerno velike kose za grižljaj. Čebulo narežite na rezine.

  • 3. Vso zelenjavo dajte v skledo, dodajte rastlinsko olje, sol in črni poper ter premešajte, da se enakomerno obloži.

  • 4. Zelenjavo razporedite v eni plasti po pekaču.

  • 5. Pecite 30 do 40 minut in jo enkrat na polovici peke obrnite, dokler se ne zmehča in rahlo porjavi.

  • 6. Postrezite vroče.
