  • 1. Model skrbno obložite in ga postavite na dosegu roke. V majhni posodi zmešajte mlečne beljakovine, kolagenski hidrolizat, polidekstrozo, sladilo in sol ter mešajte, dokler praškaste sestavine niso popolnoma enotne, brez svetlih lis ali grudic.


  • 2. Suhi mešanici dodajte glicerol in aromo. Z lopatico vse skupaj obdelajte, dokler ne nastane čvrsta, povezana pasta. Vmešajte sesekljane arašide in na kratko pregnetite, da so enakomerno razporejeni in da masa drži skupaj brez pokanja.


  • 3. Mešanico v enem sloju vtisnite v model. Trdno in enakomerno jo stisnite, pri čemer posebno pozornost namenite vogalom in robovom. Površina mora biti ravna, kompaktna in na otip gladka. Hladite 10 minut, dokler ploščica ni dovolj čvrsta, da jo lahko vzamete iz modela brez deformacije.


  • 4. Ploščico vzemite iz modela in jo položite na pladenj, obložen s papirjem za peko. V posodi, odporni na vročino, nad nežno toploto skupaj stopite kakavovo maslo in olje palmovih jedrc, da postaneta ravno tekoča, nato vmešajte sladilo, sol in aromo.   • 5. Ploščico oblecite v tanek, enakomeren sloj obliva in s kotno lopatico zgladite površino. Delajte hitro, da lupina ostane čista in sijoča. Ploščico pustite stati pri hladni sobni temperaturi 5 do 8 minut, dokler se obliv popolnoma ne strdi in površina ni na otip suha in hrustljava.

    Ploščico postrezite celo, na sredini majhnega krožnika ali v predstavitvi na ovoju. Zaključek mora biti čist in kompakten, s hrustljavo zunanjo lupino ter gosto, rahlo prožno notranjostjo.
