  • Postopek


  • 1. Obložite model in ga postavite na dosegu roke. V majhni skledi zmešajte mlečne beljakovine, kolagenski hidrolizat, sladilo, polnomastno mleko v prahu in sol, nato vse skupaj presejte, da odstranite morebitne grudice. Mešanica mora biti fina, svetla in enakomerno premešana.
