  • 1. Zavrite lonec osoljene vode in skuhajte rigatone do al dente. Dobro odcedite.

  • 2. V ponvi na srednji temperaturi segrejte rastlinsko olje. Dodajte čebulo in kuhajte, dokler se ne zmehča.

  • 3. Dodajte česen in na kratko kuhajte, da zadiši.

  • 4. Vmešajte paradižnikovo omako in jo nekaj minut rahlo kuhajte. Začinite s soljo in črnim poprom.

  • 5. V omako dodajte mesne kroglice in jih segrevajte, dokler niso povsem ogrete.
