Visokobeljakovinska sestavljena solata iz začinjenih piščančjih prsi, pečenega sladkega krompirja, zrnatega sira, kumare in listnate zelenjave. Podobna je poenostavljeni skledi solate s piščancem in sladkim krompirjem z lahkim prelivom iz oljčnega olja in zelišč.

  • 160 g piščančjih prsi

  • 120 g sladkega krompirja

  • 80 g zrnatega sira

  • 60 g kumare

  • 50 g listnate zelenjave

  • 15 g oljčnega olja

  • 5 g soli

  • 5 g črnega popra

  • 5 g suhih zelišč


  • Navodila po korakih


  • 1. Pečico segrejte na 200 °C.

  • 2. Sladki krompir olupite in narežite na kocke za en grižljaj. Premešajte ga s polovico oljčnega olja, malo soli, črnim poprom in nekaj suhimi zelišči.

  • 3. Sladki krompir pecite 20–25 minut, da se zmehča in rahlo zapeče.

  • 4. Piščančje prsi začinite s soljo, črnim poprom in suhimi zelišči.

  • 5. V ponvi na srednji temperaturi segrejte preostalo oljčno olje in piščanca pecite 5–6 minut na vsaki strani oziroma dokler ni povsem pečen. Pustite počivati 5 minut, nato ga narežite.

  • 6. Kumaro narežite in pripravite listnato zelenjavo.

  • 7. V skledo razporedite listnato zelenjavo, pečen sladki krompir, kumaro, narezanega piščanca in zrnati sir.

  • 8. Po okusu dodajte preostalo začimbo in postrezite toplo ali ohlajeno.
