  • Postupak



  • 1. Stavite krompir-pogačicu hash brown u tiganj sa 3 g putera ili ulja na srednju temperaturu. Pecite 4 do 5 minuta sa prve strane, zatim okrenite i pecite 3 do 4 minuta sa druge strane. Površina treba da bude tamnozlatna i hrskava, a sredina potpuno topla.


  • 2. Dodajte preostalih 2 g putera ili ulja u isti tiganj i smanjite temperaturu na nisku. Dodajte kajganu i začinite solju i crnim biberom. Mešajte ravnomerno 2 do 3 minuta, dok grudvice ne budu mekane, sjajne i tek stegnute. Sklonite sa vatre dok jaja još deluju blago rastresito; treba da ostanu kremasta, ne suva.


  • 3. Zagrejte mini palačinke u tiganju 30 do 45 sekundi po strani, samo dok ne omekšaju i ne budu zagrejane kroz celu masu. Treba da ostanu blede, sa laganom i nežnom površinom.


  • 4. Isecite bananu na ujednačene komade. Rasporedite krastavac u uredne kolutove. Ostavite grožđe celo. Po potrebi isecite ili podelite beli sir na uredne komade za serviranje.


  • 5. Stavite dimljeni losos pored jaja, nežno ga savijajući umesto da ga pritiskate. Dodajte hash brown pored slanih elemenata, zatim beli sir i krastavac složite u zasebnu, urednu grupu. Rasporedite bananu, grožđe, mini palačinke i mini roze krofnu sa glazurom tako da slatki elementi ostanu odvojeni od slanog dela. Mini palačinke lagano pospite šećerom u prahu.
