  • 1. Ostavite slaninu i kobasicu za doručak na sobnoj temperaturi 10 minuta dok pripremate tiganj. To podstiče ravnomerno pečenje i sprečava da spoljašnjost previše potamni pre nego što se sredina potpuno zagreje.


  • 2. Zagrejte teški tiganj ili ploču za pečenje na srednjoj temperaturi. Dodajte slaninu i pecite 6 do 8 minuta, okrećući po potrebi, dok se mast ne istopi, a slanina ne dobije tamnozlatnu boju i hrskave ivice. Prebacite na topao tanjir.


  • 3. U istom tiganju pecite kobasicu za doručak na srednjoj temperaturi 8 do 10 minuta, okrećući redovno, dok spolja ravnomerno ne porumeni i ne postane čvrsta na dodir. Sredina treba da bude potpuno vruća, a površina dobro karamelizovana. Prebacite pored slanine.


  • 4. Zagrejte tiganj sa nelepljivim premazom na srednje niskoj temperaturi i dodajte ulje za kuvanje. Razbijte jaja u tiganj i pržite 3 do 4 minuta, po potrebi ih lagano prelivajući vrelim uljem, dok se belanca potpuno ne stegnu, a žumanca ostanu mekana, ali zadrže oblik. Začinite solju i crnim biberom.


  • 5. Zagrejte palačinke u tiganju na niskoj temperaturi 1 do 2 minuta, samo dok se potpuno ne ugreju i ostanu savitljive. Dodajte maslac i pustite da se otopi preko palačinki kako bi površina postala sjajna i blago obogaćena.


  • 6. Rasporedite palačinke na tanjir, uredno ih složite i kašikom prelijte sirup za palačinke preko vrha tako da se samo blago sliva niz strane. Palačinke treba da ostanu vidljive i skladno servirane, ne natopljene.
