Klasična salata od škampa servirana na tostiranom belom hlebu sa hrskavim celerom, mirođijom i laganim dresingom od limuna i majoneza. Završava se mešanom zelenom salatom za svežinu.

    Uputstvo


  • 1. U činiji pomešajte škampe, majonez, celer, mirođiju, crveni luk, sok od limuna isceđen iz kriške, so i crni biber.

  • 2. Lagano promešajte dok škampi ne budu ravnomerno obloženi.

  • 3. Tostirajte beli hleb po potrebi i stavite mešanu zelenu salatu na jednu krišku.

  • 4. Kašikom stavite salatu od škampa preko zelenе salate i poklopite drugom kriškom tosta.
