Rigatoni med köttbullar och tomatsås

En klassisk pastarätt med rigatoni som blandas med en enkel tomatsås och serveras med köttbullar. Den är mättande, smakrik och blir bäst med lite svartpeppar på slutet.

Ingredienser


  • 180 g rigatonipasta

  • 140 g köttbullar

  • 90 g tomatsås

  • 8 g vegetabilisk olja

  • 4 g gul lök, finhackad

  • 3 g vitlök, finhackad

  • 3 g salt

  • 2 g svartpeppar

    Instruktioner


  • 1. Koka upp en kastrull med saltat vatten och koka rigatonin al dente. Häll av vattnet ordentligt.

  • 2. Värm den vegetabiliska oljan i en stekpanna på medelvärme. Tillsätt löken och stek tills den mjuknat.

  • 3. Tillsätt vitlöken och stek kort tills den doftar.

  • 4. Rör ner tomatsåsen och låt sjuda i några minuter. Krydda med salt och svartpeppar.

  • 5. Lägg köttbullarna i såsen och värm tills de är genomvarma.

  • 6. Blanda den kokta rigatonin med såsen och köttbullarna, och servera genast.
