Pork shoulder i sichuanstil med marinad på chiliolja

En djärv, smakrik marinerad fläskrätt med vitlök, soja, chiliolja och värmande kryddor. Den serveras bäst som en råmarinerad rätt endast om fläsket hanteras säkert och kommer från en källa avsedd för rå konsumtion; annars bör det tillagas.

  • Chiliolja: 60 ml

  • Sojasås: 40 ml

  • Röda chiliflakes: 5 g

  • Svartpeppar: 3 g

    Instruktioner
  • 1. Finhacka vitlöken.

  • 2. Blanda vitlök, chiliolja, sojasås, röda chiliflakes, svartpeppar, salt och socker i en skål.

  • 3. Tillsätt fläskkarrén och blanda noggrant tills allt är jämnt täckt.

  • 4. Täck över och marinera i kylskåp i minst 2 timmar, helst över natten.
