Rostad potatis och morötter

En enkel ugnsrostad grönsaksrätt gjord på potatis, morötter och lök, kryddad med salt och svartpeppar. Den är mättande, smakrik och passar bra som tillbehör eller lätt måltid.

  • Potatis: 300 g

  • Morötter: 120 g

  • Lök: 80 g

  • Vegetabilisk olja: 15 g

  • Salt: 3 g

  • Svartpeppar: 2 g

    Instruktioner


  • 1. Sätt ugnen på 200°C.

  • 2. Skala och skär potatisen och morötterna i jämnstora bitar. Skiva löken.

  • 3. Lägg alla grönsaker i en skål, tillsätt den vegetabiliska oljan, salt och svartpeppar, och blanda så att allt täcks jämnt.

  • 4. Fördela grönsakerna i ett enda lager på en bakplåt.

  • 5. Rosta i 30 till 40 minuter, vänd dem en gång halvvägs, tills de är mjuka och lätt brynta.

  • 6. Servera varmt.
