  • 3. Weka nyama ya ng'ombe kwenye sufuria kavu na ikaange kwa moto mkali bila kuisogeza kwa dakika 2 hadi 3 upande wa kwanza. Igeuze mara moja na ukaange upande wa pili kwa dakika 2 hadi 3 zaidi. Nje inapaswa kuwa ya kahawia iliyokolea na yenye harufu nzuri, ikiwa na ganda lililojitokeza vizuri.

  • 4. Punguza moto hadi wa wastani na endelea kupika, ukiigeuza inapohitajika, kwa dakika 2 hadi 3, hadi nyama ya ng'ombe ihisi kuwa imara lakini bado inakubali shinikizo kidogo. Kwa matokeo ya medium-rare, katikati inapaswa kubaki ya moto na nyekundu hadi waridi.
