  • Langis ng rapeseed, 20 g

  • Asin, 8 g

  • Paprika, 8 g

  • Bawang, 8 g

  • Itim na paminta, 6 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Hiwain ang dibdib ng manok nang pahaba.

  • 2. Paghaluin ang langis ng rapeseed, asin, paprika, bawang, at itim na paminta sa isang mangkok.

  • 3. Idagdag ang mga hiwa ng manok at balutin nang pantay.

  • 4. Hayaang ma-marinate sandali, o lutuin kaagad.

  • 5. Lutuin sa mainit na kawali, sa grill, o sa oven hanggang sa maluto nang husto at hindi na kulay rosas sa gitna.
