Geroosterde Aartappels en Wortels

'n Eenvoudige geroosterde groente-bygereg gemaak met aartappels, wortels en ui, gegeur met sout en swartpeper. Dit is vullend, hartig en werk goed as 'n bygereg of ligte maaltyd.

  • Wortels: 120 g

  • Ui: 80 g

  • Plantaardige olie: 15 g

  • Sout: 3 g

  • Swartpeper: 2 g

    Instruksies


  • 1. Voorverhit die oond tot 200°C.

  • 2. Skil en sny die aartappels en wortels in egalige happiegrootte stukke. Sny die ui in skywe.

  • 3. Plaas al die groente in 'n bak, voeg die plantaardige olie, sout en swartpeper by, en meng om alles egalig te bedek.

  • 4. Sprei die groente in 'n enkele laag op 'n bakplaat uit.

  • 5. Rooster vir 30 tot 40 minute, draai dit een keer halfpad om, totdat dit sag en liggies verbruin is.

  • 6. Bedien warm.
