  • 120 g penne-pasta

  • 120 g hoenderbors, skoongemaak en in egalige happiegrootte-stukke gesny

  • 10 g olyfolie

  • 5 g knoffel, fyn gekap

  • 1 g swartpeper

  • 1 g oregano

  • 34 g mozzarellakaas, gerasper of fyn geskeur


  • Metode


  • 1. Bring ’n medium kastrol water tot ’n volle kookpunt. Voeg die penne by en kook vir 9 tot 11 minute, tot net al dente: die pasta moet sag wees aan die oppervlak maar steeds ’n ferm byt in die middel hê. Dreineer goed en hou kortliks eenkant.


  • 2. Verhit die olyfolie in ’n groot soteerpan oor medium-hoë hitte. Voeg die hoenderbors in ’n enkele laag by en geur met die swartpeper en oregano. Kook vir 4 tot 5 minute, draai soos nodig, totdat die hoender liggies goudbruin en net-net gaar is, sonder enige teken van rouheid in die middel.


  • 3. Voeg die knoffel by die pan en kook vir 30 sekondes, terwyl jy aanhoudend roer, totdat dit geurig is maar nie verkleur nie. Giet die roomsous in en verlaag die hitte na medium.
