BESTANDDELE

METODE
  • 1. Plaas die eier in ’n klein bakkie en klits dit net genoeg om die wit en geel tot ’n egalige mengsel te kombineer.

  • 2. Verhit die braaipan oor medium hitte. Voeg die beesvleis by en kook vir 2 tot 3 minute, terwyl jy roer of omdraai soos nodig, totdat dit sy rou kleur verloor en liggies verbruin. Die vleis moet sag bly, nie droog nie.

  • 3. Voeg die geklitste eier by die pan saam met die beesvleis. Roer liggies vir 1 tot 2 minute totdat die eier sagte wrongels vorm en die mengsel net-net gestol is, steeds klam en soepel. Verwyder van die hitte en geur met die swartpeper.

  • 4. Plaas die shokupan-skywe op ’n skoon bord. Smeer die botter eweredig oor een kant van elke sny. Smeer die mayonnaise oor die ander kant van elke sny.

  • 5. Skep die eier-en-beesvleismengsel op een sny en versprei dit in ’n egalige laag, binne die rande. Maak toe met die tweede sny en druk liggies sodat die toebroodjie bymekaar hou sonder om die brood saam te druk.

  • 6. Sny enige ongelyke rande af indien nodig. Laat die toebroodjie vir 1 minuut rus, en sny dit dan netjies met ’n skerp mes in twee reghoeke of twee driehoeke.


  • OPDIEN EN BEDIENING
    Bedien onmiddellik op ’n eenvoudige bord, met die snykant sigbaar. Die brood moet bleek en sag bly, die vulsel kompak en glansend, met die swartpeper wat die finale lyn van aroma en hitte gee.
