  • 1. Klits die melk, room, suiker, kakao en vanielje saam in ’n klein kastrol tot glad.

  • 2. Verhit oor medium hitte tot dit begin stoom, maar moenie dit laat kook nie.

  • 3. Klits die eiergeel liggies in ’n bak.

  • 4. Giet die warm kakaomengsel stadig by die eiergeel in terwyl jy aanhoudend klits om dit te temper.
