    Fremgangsmåde
  • 1. Kog kartoflerne, til de er møre, hæld vandet fra, og mos dem.

  • 2. Hak løget fint, og bland det med oksekødet, ægget, raspen, salt og sort peber.

  • 3. Bland oksekødsblandingen med kartoffelmosen, og form til bøffer.

  • 4. Varm den vegetabilske olie op på en pande ved middel varme, og steg bøfferne, til de er brunede og gennemstegte.

  • 5. Server med ketchup og cherrytomat ved siden af.
