  • 1. Skræl kartoflerne, og skær dem i pommes frites-stykker.

  • 2. Bland hakket oksekød, rasp, æg, finthakket løg, sort peber og salt.

  • 3. Form blandingen til små kødboller.

  • 4. Varm den vegetabilske olie op på en pande.
