    Zubereitung


  • 1. Das Pflanzenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Rösti-Kartoffel darin knusprig braten.

  • 2. Die Eier in Butter zu Rührei stocken lassen, bis sie gerade eben gar sind.

  • 3. Die Mini-Pancakes kurz erwärmen.

  • 4. Geräucherten Lachs, Rührei, Rösti, Mini-Pancakes, Obst, Gurke und Feta auf einem Teller anrichten.

  • 5. Den Mini-Donut mit Zuckerguss daneben platzieren und mit rosa Glasur und Streuseln vollenden.
