Shrimpsalat-Sandwich

Ein klassischer Shrimpsalat, serviert auf getoastetem Weißbrot mit knackigem Sellerie, Dill und einem leichten Zitronen-Mayo-Dressing. Abgerundet wird er mit gemischtem Blattsalat für zusätzliche Frische.

  • Garnelen, gekocht und gehackt: 90 g

  • Weißbrot-Toast: 50 g

  • Mayonnaise: 35 g

  • Sellerie, fein gewürfelt: 12 g

  • Frischer Dill, gehackt: 3 g

  • Rote Zwiebel, fein gehackt: 6 g

  • Gemischter Blattsalat: 8 g

  • Zitronenspalte: 4 g

  • Schwarzer Pfeffer: 1 g

  • Salz: 1 g


  • Gesamt: 210 g

    Zubereitung


  • 1. Garnelen, Mayonnaise, Sellerie, Dill, rote Zwiebel, Zitronensaft aus der Spalte, Salz und schwarzen Pfeffer in einer Schüssel vermengen.

  • 2. Vorsichtig mischen, bis die Garnelen gleichmäßig bedeckt sind.

  • 3. Das Weißbrot bei Bedarf toasten und den gemischten Blattsalat auf eine Scheibe legen.

  • 4. Den Shrimpsalat auf den Blattsalat geben und mit der zweiten Toastscheibe bedecken.

  • 5. Sofort servieren.
