Rindfleisch-Kartoffel-Patties

Ein herzhaftes Pfannengericht aus Kartoffelpüree, gemischt mit Rindfleisch, Zwiebel und Semmelbröseln, zu Patties geformt und goldbraun gebraten. Es wird einfach mit Ketchup und Cherrytomaten serviert.

Zutaten
  • Kartoffeln 180 g

  • Rindfleisch 120 g

  • Zwiebel 40 g

  • Semmelbrösel 25 g

  • Ei 25 g

  • Pflanzenöl 20 g

  • Ketchup 15 g

  • Cherrytomaten 20 g

  • Salz 3 g

  • Schwarzer Pfeffer 2 g


  • Gesamt: 430 g

    Zubereitung
  • 1. Die Kartoffeln kochen, bis sie weich sind, dann abgießen und zerstampfen.

  • 2. Die Zwiebel fein hacken und mit dem Rindfleisch, dem Ei, den Semmelbröseln, dem Salz und dem schwarzen Pfeffer vermischen.

  • 3. Die Rindfleischmischung mit den zerstampften Kartoffeln vermengen und zu Patties formen.

  • 4. Das Pflanzenöl in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen und die Patties braten, bis sie gebräunt und durchgegart sind.

  • 5. Mit Ketchup und Cherrytomaten als Beilage servieren.

  • Das Kartoffelpüree vor dem Formen leicht abkühlen lassen, damit die Textur besser wird.
