Calabaza amarilla frita al estilo sureño

Un sencillo plato de calabaza amarilla y cebolla salteadas, sazonado con sal y pimienta negra. Es una guarnición clásica de verduras al estilo del sur.

  • Calabaza amarilla, 220 g

  • Cebolla, 80 g

  • Aceite vegetal, 15 g

  • Sal, 3 g

  • Pimienta negra, 2 g


  • Total: 320 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Corta la calabaza amarilla y la cebolla en rodajas finas y uniformes.

  • 2. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una sartén a fuego medio.

  • 3. Añade la cebolla y cocina de 2 a 3 minutos hasta que se ablande.

  • 4. Añade la calabaza amarilla, la sal y la pimienta negra.

  • 5. Cocina, removiendo de vez en cuando, durante 6 a 8 minutos hasta que la calabaza esté tierna y ligeramente dorada.

  • 6. Sirve caliente.
