Macarrones con salchicha tipo hot dog

Un plato sencillo de pasta en la estufa con salchicha tipo hot dog en rodajas, sazonado ligeramente con sal, pimienta negra y pimentón. Es una comida rápida y contundente que se parece a una pasta básica con salchicha.

  • Pasta macarrones, 160 g

  • Salchicha tipo hot dog, 100 g

  • Aceite vegetal, 10 g

  • Sal, 3 g

  • Pimienta negra, 1 g

  • Pimentón, 2 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Lleva a ebullición una olla con agua con sal y cuece los macarrones hasta que estén tiernos.

  • 2. Escurre bien la pasta.

  • 3. Corta la salchicha tipo hot dog en trozos de un bocado.

  • 4. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una sartén a fuego medio.

  • 5. Añade la salchicha y cocina hasta que esté ligeramente dorada.

  • 6. Añade los macarrones cocidos, la sal, la pimienta negra y el pimentón.

  • 7. Mezcla todo hasta que quede bien cubierto y caliente por completo.
