Blanc de poulet au beurre à l’ail

Un plat simple de blanc de poulet poêlé, terminé avec du beurre à l’ail. Il est juteux, savoureux et légèrement assaisonné de sel et de poivre noir.

Ingrédients


  • Blanc de poulet : 300 g

  • Beurre : 25 g

  • Huile de cuisson : 10 g

  • Ail : 15 g

  • Sel : 5 g

  • Poivre noir : 5 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Séchez le blanc de poulet avec du papier absorbant et assaisonnez les deux côtés avec le sel et le poivre noir.

  • 2. Faites chauffer l’huile de cuisson dans une poêle à feu moyen-vif.

  • 3. Ajoutez le blanc de poulet et faites cuire jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien doré des deux côtés et cuit à cœur.

  • 4. Baissez le feu, ajoutez le beurre et l’ail, puis arrosez le poulet avec le beurre fondu pendant 1 à 2 minutes.

  • 5. Retirez-le de la poêle et laissez-le reposer brièvement avant de servir.
