Poulet mariné épicé à l’ail et à la sauce soja

Une préparation de poulet mariné savoureuse et relevée, aux saveurs d’ail, de sauce soja et de piment. Il est préférable de le cuire après la marinade et de le servir bien chaud.

Ingrédients
  • Poulet 800 g

  • Ail 40 g

  • Huile pimentée 40 g

  • Sauce soja 50 g

  • Flocons de piment rouge 5 g

  • Poivre noir 3 g

  • Sel 7 g

  • Sucre 5 g


  • Instructions
  • 1. Hachez finement l’ail.

  • 2. Dans un bol, mélangez l’ail, l’huile pimentée, la sauce soja, les flocons de piment rouge, le poivre noir, le sel et le sucre.

  • 3. Ajoutez le poulet et mélangez soigneusement jusqu’à ce qu’il soit uniformément enrobé.

  • 4. Couvrez et laissez mariner au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 30 minutes.

  • 5. Faites cuire le poulet mariné selon votre méthode préférée jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien cuit et qu’il ne soit plus rosé au centre.

  • 6. Servez chaud.
