  • 1. Zagrijte tavu na srednje jakoj vatri 1 minutu. Dodajte biljno ulje i zagrijavajte ga dok se ne razrijedi i lagano zacakli, oko 20 sekundi.


  • 2. Dodajte piletinu i taco začin. Pecite 6 do 8 minuta, okrećući i usitnjavajući piletinu na manje komade tijekom pečenja. Piletina treba biti potpuno pečena, neprozirna u cijelosti i lagano obložena začinom.


  • 3. Dodajte salsa roju i nastavite kuhati 2 minute, miješajući i pritiskajući piletinu kako bi upila umak. Nadjev treba biti sočan, ali ne rijedak, povezane teksture koja se može vaditi žlicom.


  • 4. Prebacite piletinu u zdjelu i sitno je usitnite s dvije vilice dok je još vruća. Po potrebi je nakratko vratite u tavu, 1 minutu, da se ponovno zagrije i dodatno poveže tekstura.
