  • Instruksi
  • 1. Cincang halus bawang putih.

  • 2. Dalam mangkuk, campurkan bawang putih, minyak cabai, kecap asin, cabai merah bubuk kasar, lada hitam, garam, dan gula.

  • 3. Tambahkan ayam dan aduk rata hingga seluruh permukaannya terlapisi.

  • 4. Tutup dan marinasi di dalam lemari es setidaknya selama 30 menit.
