Custard Cokelat

  • Krim 45 g

  • Gula 20 g

  • Bubuk kakao 10 g

  • Kuning telur 20 g

    Instruksi


  • 1. Dalam panci kecil, kocok susu, krim, gula, kakao, dan vanila hingga halus.

  • 2. Panaskan di atas api sedang hingga beruap, tetapi jangan sampai mendidih.

  • 3. Dalam mangkuk, kocok ringan kuning telur.

  • 4. Tuang perlahan campuran kakao panas ke dalam kuning telur sambil terus dikocok agar suhunya menyesuaikan.

  • 5. Kembalikan campuran ke panci dan masak di atas api kecil sambil terus diaduk, hingga cukup mengental untuk melapisi bagian belakang sendok.

  • 6. Segera angkat dari api dan saring jika diinginkan untuk tekstur yang lebih halus.

  • 7. Dinginkan sebelum disajikan, atau sajikan hangat sebagai saus custard.
