  • Metode


  • 1. Panaskan oven hingga 180°C. Olesi 4 cup pada loyang muffin dengan minyak, lapisi dasar dan sisinya secara merata agar muffin mudah dilepaskan.

  • 2. Masukkan bacon ke dalam wajan kecil di atas api sedang dan masak selama 4 hingga 5 menit, aduk sesekali, sampai lemaknya keluar dan bacon berwarna kecokelatan muda. Tiriskan sebentar di atas kertas, lalu bagi rata ke dalam cup yang sudah disiapkan.

  • 3. Dalam mangkuk, kocok telur, susu, garam, dan lada hitam hanya sampai campurannya halus dan merata. Jangan terlalu lama mengocok; custard harus tetap ringan.

  • 4. Aduk cheddar dan herba hijau, lalu tuang campuran secara merata di atas bacon dalam cup muffin, isi masing-masing hampir sampai penuh.

  • 5. Panggang selama 16 hingga 18 menit, sampai muffin mengembang, bagian tengahnya baru saja set, dan permukaannya terasa lentur dengan sedikit getaran di tengah. Telurnya harus lembut, tidak kering.

  • 6. Keluarkan dari oven dan diamkan dalam loyang selama 3 menit. Lepaskan dari cetakan dengan hati-hati selagi masih hangat.
