Filetti di pollo scottati in padella

Una preparazione classica e semplice di filetti di pollo conditi con sale e pepe nero, poi cotti in olio e completati con burro per una ricca salsa di cottura. Si serve al meglio caldo come portata principale proteica.

Ingredienti


  • Filetti di pollo 300 g

  • Olio di cottura 10 g

  • Burro 20 g

  • Sale 5 g

  • Pepe nero 5 g


  • Istruzioni


  • 1. Tampona i filetti di pollo con carta da cucina per asciugarli e condiscili uniformemente con sale e pepe nero.

  • 2. Scalda l'olio di cottura in una padella a fuoco medio-alto.

  • 3. Aggiungi i filetti di pollo e cuoci per 3-4 minuti per lato, finché saranno dorati e ben cotti all'interno.

  • 4. Riduci il fuoco al minimo, aggiungi il burro e versalo con un cucchiaio sul pollo per 30-60 secondi.

  • 5. Togli dalla padella e servi caldo.
