  • 2. In alio parvo caccabo aquam ad lenem ebullitionem perduc et ovum in aquam demitte. Coque per 7 minuta, ut vitellus molliter consistat; deinde statim in aquam frigidam transfer. Munde decortica et seorsum pone.


  • 3. Noodle triticeum iuri leniter ferventi adde et coque per 3 ad 4 minuta, semel aut bis movendo ne conglutinetur. Noodle tenerum esse debet, sed levem firmitatem in medio adhuc retinere.


  • 4. Pullum iuri adde et coque per 2 ad 3 minuta, tantum donec segmenta opaca fiant et tenera videantur. Noli ius vehementer bullire sinere.


  • 5. Caccabum ab igne remove. Oleum sesami admisce. Ius gusta; purum, sapidum et temperatum esse debet, ita ut liquamen sojae adsit sed non dominetur.
