  • 3. Cucumerem in tenues semicirculos seca. Partes crocantes et aequales serva. Cepam viridem tenuiter seca et ad finem reserva.


  • 4. Patellam super ignem medium-altum per 1 minutum calefac. Adde pullum cum marinata sua in uno strato. Coque per 4 minuta sine motu, ut pars inferior colorem capiat. Partes verte et coque per alia 3 ad 4 minuta, sucis patellae superfundens, donec pullus nitidus sit, alicubi alte brunneus, et penitus coctus ad temperaturam internam 74°C.


  • 5. Adde edamame ad patellam et iacta per 30 secundas, tantum quantum satis est ut glacie obtegatur et percalefiat. Liquamen ad levem laccam redigi debet quae pullo et holeribus adhaereat, non in liquidum solutum.
