  • Kaedah


  • 1. Masukkan air, gula perang, mentega, kayu manis, dan buah pelaga ke dalam periuk kecil di atas api sederhana. Kacau hanya sehingga gula larut dan mentega cair sepenuhnya, 2 hingga 3 minit. Cecair itu sepatutnya licin, harum, dan sedikit berkilat.

  • 2. Masukkan hirisan baji pir dan epal dalam satu lapisan jika boleh. Didihkan perlahan, kemudian kecilkan api ke rendah. Tutup sebahagian dan rebus perlahan selama 8 hingga 10 minit, sambil membalikkan buah sekali pada pertengahan masa memasak.

  • 3. Teruskan memasak sehingga buah empuk di bahagian tepi tetapi masih mengekalkan bentuknya, dan sirap menjadi sedikit lebih pekat serta menyaluti belakang sudu. Buah sepatutnya mudah ditembusi pisau tanpa hancur.

  • 4. Angkat dari api dan biarkan selama 2 minit supaya rasa menjadi sebati dan sirap melekat sekata pada buah.
