  • Kaedah


  • 1. Masukkan air, gula perang, mentega, kayu manis, dan buah pelaga ke dalam periuk. Letakkan di atas api sederhana dan kacau selama 1 minit, hanya sehingga gula larut dan mentega teremulsi menjadi sirap yang sedikit berkilat.

  • 4. Angkat dari api dan biarkan selama 1 minit supaya buah mendap dan salutan menjadi sedikit lebih kemas.
